Kinematics and kinetics of general rigid body motion in 2-D. Applications of Newton's laws, energy methods, and impulse momentum methods to simple machine elements. Preq: MATH1060 or MATH 1070, with a C or better; and MATH 1080 and PHYS 1220, each with a C or better; and both ENGR 1070 and ENGR 1080, or ENGR 1410, with a C or better.
