Computer software (e.g., geographic information systems, transportation modeling packages, and statistical packages) to analyze transportation systems will be used as tools for prediction of flows and level of services, production functions and cost optimization, utility theory and demand modeling. Transportation network analysis and equilibrium assignment, decision analysis, and multidimensional evaluation of transportation projects are also included.
