Description: The one-hour courses CSCI 29x and 39x provide students with a vehicle for learning specific programming languages. Each student must write a series of programs in the language, and be knowledgeable in the details of the language. This course will focus on current languages commonly used in the data analysis and data visualization pipeline. The specific language choices will depend on common practice and will be decided by the instructor. Prerequisite: A grade of C- or better in CSCI 151 or CSCI 207.
