Description: Best practices for strategic global supply chain management, integration of global supply chain functions from raw materials to the final end user, and leveraging of global supply chain strategies for competitive advantage. Topics include designing global supply chain networks, developing and managing supply chain performance metrics, and identifying and mitigating supply chain risks. Prerequisites: C- or better in ACCT 281. All MGMT courses have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.0, and a C- or better in HMXP 102 or HXCT 301.
