Description: An overview of activities related to project planning. Topics include estimating the project life cycle, defining scope, managing scheduling logistics, estimating project risks, maintaining operational control, and project execution. Prerequisites: C- or better in QMTH 205. All MGMT courses have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.0, and a C- or better in HMXP 102 or HXCT 301.
