Description: Restorative yoga is the practice of using specific yoga poses, with support of props, and techniques to promote relaxation and restore the body and mind. In this class, students will learn postures and methods to help reduce physical tension, calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and enhance overall well-being. Notes: Offered in fall and spring.
