(3 credits)(Prereq: ITAL*210 or permission of instructor) This course aims to develop oral and written proficiency at the intermediate-mid level. The method of instruction facilitates oral proficiency, emphasizing meaningful langauge use for authentic communicative purposes. The course includes readings from authentic sources, such as films, social media posts, newspaper articles, videos of Italian news, interviews with native speakers, short stories, graphic novels, vignettes, and songs.
