Description: An introduction to the art, architecture, and/or visual culture of a particular city, country, or region that culminates in a faculty-led study abroad excursion. Students will view original works of art, architecture, and visual culture in person. Through class discussions, museum and gallery visits, architectural tours, and field trips, students will explore the complex art and cultural histories of a major city, country, or region. Travel fee required. Contact instructor for more details. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
