The work centers on the production and characterization of recombinant proteins using a variety of modern bioanalytical techniques, including spectroscopy, immunology, chromatography, mass spectrometry and computer modeling. Notes: Offered variable times. Prerequisites: C- or better in each of the following: CHEM523 and CHEM525.
