(4 credits)(Prereq: A grade of 'C' or better in NUR*301 and NUR*305/L) This course introduces concepts in leadership, management and fellowship as they relate to the role of professional nursing in the sociopolitical healthcare environment. Cost containment and cost effective financial management of human, and material resources is emphasized. Group dynamics, change process, crisis management and the role of quality improvement in professional nursing leadership will be included in this course. Offered as needed
