(1-4 credits)(Prereq: A grade of 'B' or better in 2 lecture/lab pairs from MSCI*301/L, MSCI*302/L, MSCI*304/L, or MSCI*305/L, or permission of instructor) Students develop mastery of basic laboratory, field, and research methods required to conduct their Marine Science Senior Thesis projects under the guidance and supervision of a marine science faculty member. Students develop a thesis proposal for approval by the faculty research mentor during the course.
