CONVENTION MANAGEMENT AND MEETING PLANNING This course covers the meeting and convention planners' points of view to help students identify various market segments and their marketing requirements. Topics may include the organization and planning of a convention, understanding the various forms of meetings, and integrating technology and service into the meeting and/or convention functions.
