HCMT 620.HEALTHCARE ECONOMICS This course focuses on health care organizations' economic and financial decisions in the changing health care landscape. The course provides a complete understanding of health economics by applying fundamental microeconomic concepts to the analysis of the health care market and the study of the organization and delivery of medical care services. The course will address three major tasks: descriptive, explanatory, and evaluative economics to explain relationship variables. Three credit hours.
