IENG 253. Industrial Statistics. 3(3,0). This course surveys various statistical inferences and theories related to hypothesis testing within Industrial Engineering. These quantitative tools are useful for application in academic and industrial environments. A ist of the topics covered is as follows: Probability, Discrete Random Variables and Probability Distributions, Continuous Random Variables and Probability Distributions, Regression Models, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Experimental Design, and Distribution-Free Procedures.
