This course provides basic knowledge in molecular and cellular medical biophysics and linkage with diseases. It outlines the macromolecules in living cell DNA, RNAs, and proteins, followed by the structure and properties of living cell. Furthermore, it introduces major experimental and computational techniques at molecular and cellular level. Molecular effects, molecular mechanisms and plausible biomarkers are discussed as well. Preq: Consent of instructor.
