Description:
This course emphasizes the interrelationships of packaging and print production, and examines the theory and practice of fundamental graphic art concepts, principles and practices relative to printing and packaging requirements. Students learn elements of offset lithography, screen printing, gravure and flexography, and are introduced to digital and specialty printing processes, as well as environmental, health and safety concerns. Preq: COOP 1010 and GC 1020.
