This course, a one-hour student-directed research course, may follow CRIM 221, which is a one-hour faculty-driven undergraduate research course. In conjunction, these courses offer CRIM majors an opportunity to gain practical experience in the realm of research, presentations, and publication. This course addresses our department, college, and university initiative emphasizing undergraduate research and supports the University mission of preparing students for graduate school and for a career in criminology.
