This course provides practical knowledge regarding the statistical evaluation of the outcomes of controlled user experiments in Human-Centered Computing. User experiments are one of the main methods for HCC researchers to evaluate the systems they develop. Students practice analyzing the data of real HCC experiments. Preq: CPSC 4140; and one of MATH 3020 or STAT 3090 or STAT 3300.
