This course provides students with hands-on experience tackling entrepreneurial challenges while honing their analytical and problem solving skills through a consulting project with a start-up, family business, or a small business. Student teams find and recruit a client venture, develop an understanding of the venture's environment, and formalize a consulting proposal based on relevant analytical frameworks and gathered supporting evidence.
