Description: This course will provide students with the fundamental paddling and rescue skills needed for flat-water stand up paddleboard day trips. There will be trips taken off campus to meet class requirements. Students will identify and practice fundamental wellness skills. Notes: Offered in fall. Prerequisites: Students must demonstrate beginning level swimming skills. Prerequisite: Students must demonstrate beginning level swimming skills. Notes: A grade of S or U will be recorded upon completion of this course. Offered in fall and spring. Lab fee: $150.
