Description: This course is designed to introduce basic principles of indoor cycling. The course will include information relative to indoor cycling safety, correct technique, and appropriate indoor cycling training principles. The course will improve cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Notes: Offered in fall and spring. Lab fee: $40.
