This course focuses on the study and application of teaching methods in science for young children. Students will learn how to emphasize methods for inquiry, discovery, and problem solving, thus utilizing the science process skills. This course could require up to 15 field experience hours in a local public school setting. A current SLED background check must be received and approved by the FMU School of Education.
