Description: Students will: 1. Understand how the tenets of customer service and leadership relate to the campus tours; 2. Acquire the knowledge of Winthrop's programs, services, and resources while mastering the skills of sharing this information; 3. Learn how to customize tours to fit the needs and interests of the visiting students and families while including important details about the university; and 4. Develop and exhibit the qualities of leadership that are fundamental to being a representative of Winthrop University. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor. Notes: Offered in fall and spring.
