Description: Instruction for teaching cardiovascular or aerobic exercise, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, exercise safety, and exercise physiology principles for youth in a public school setting. Class laboratory experiences involve specific skill assessment in a variety of health-related fitness activities and assessment for planning exercise programs. Prerequisite: HMXP 102 or graduate status; not open to Freshmen. Notes: Offered in spring.
