(Prereq: Grade of C or better in CSCI A220) This course provides an introduction to the basic concepts and general methods of digital image processing. The theories, algorithms, and processing techniques in both the spatial and frequency domains will be discussed. Students will gain understanding of the fundamental mathematical transformations used in digital image processing and practical skills of implementing the processing algorithms with computer programming
