Students are introduced to the theory and techniques of building statistical models to evaluate community- and population-level responses by animals to environmental conditions and human exploitation. A secondary goal is to improve student writing and communication of these tools to managers and the public. Preq: STAT 2300 and WFB 3000. Coreq: WFB 4611.
