This seminar provides foundational knowledge in organizational behavior, including classic and contemporary theories, ongoing controversies, and important empirical studies. Students gain broad familiarity with theory and research concerned with micro-organizational processes and begin to develop the analytical skills necessary to critically evaluate and integrate work in this area. May be repeated for a maximum of six credits.
