Among the major topics are Classical Greece, Republican Rome, Imperial Rome, the Protestant Reformation, the Age of European Exploration and Conquest, Absolutism, the Enlightenment, the French Revolution, the Industrial Revolution, Liberalism, Nationalism, Imperialism, Modernism, and Totalitarianism. Particular focus will be place on Europe's relationship with the wider world.
