Each facility has distinct operations, maintenance and capital project delivery needs. Leaders must leverage facility data created throughout the design and construction process and lifecycle to provide safe, healthy, effective and efficient work environments for their clients. The maintenance of this data will create greater efficiencies such as: having accurate as-built information to reduce the cost & timeequired for renovations; increasing customer satisfaction; and optimizing the operation and maintenance of our building systems to reduce energy usage. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is about ensuring teams have the relevant knowledge and capabilities to achieve best practice and effectively manage information across all stages of your construction projects.
