An introduction to the study of the structure and function of human organ systems Part I. Covers basic human anatomy, homeostasis, cell biology, histology, integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular system, nervous system, and sensory systems. The course is intended for non-biology majors who need 8 hours of anatomy and physiology credit. Pre-requisite: HMXP 102 and General Education Math Requirement and one of the following: BIOL 150/151, BIOL 203/204, BIOL 220/222, NUTR 221, or another equivalent course. Notes: Lab fee: $50. May not be used by Biology majors for credit in the major.
