Description:
This is a survey course designed to allow students to participate in modified versions of popular sports from around the world, as well as gain a basic understanding of rules and concepts of these sports. Students will also discover opportunities to view and play these sports in local, national, and international settings. Sports that will be covered in the course include Aussie Rules Football, Bocce Ball, Cricket, Kubb, Netball, Rugby, and Team Handball. Notes: Lab Fee: $35.
