This course is designed to prepare students to assume leadership roles in a dynamic healthcare environment. It exposes students to the roles of leadership, organizational structure, and both organizational and industry-wide culture. Through assignments, self-assessments, and interactive/collaborative experiences, students gain insight into their own leadership and negotiating skills. Credit cannot be received for both IPHC 456 and MGT 456.
