This is the capstone course for nursing which integrates concepts and skills learned throughout the curriculum. Students focus on the care of complex indi- viduals and populations, While the focus is on the care of the individual in the hospital setting, highly coordinated care in the community will also be studied. Ethical and moral aspects of care will be learned as well palliative and end of life care principles and psychosocial aspects of individuals and families in crisis.
