Course includes fundamentals of remote sensing and digital image processing for applications in earth and environmental sciences, including concerpts of electromagnetic radiation, satellite image data collections, reduction and application, software tools, data acquisition, and ground truthing. Lectures: three hours per week; laboratory; three hours per week.
