Description: This course will provide the student with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to assess K-12 student performance in physical education. Emphasis is given to analyzing skills, selecting & administering traditional assessment instruments, and developing authentic assessment tools. Participants will be working with K-12 students during the semester. Prerequisite: Must be a physical education teacher certification major to take this course. Notes: Offered in spring only. Physical education majors only.
