Description: Designed to train Winthrop University tutors based on the College Reading and Learning Association standards. This course will enable students to learn the skills necessary to be an effective and efficient tutor, while also developing their leadership skills by serving their peers in this academic capacity. Prerequisite: Permission of Instructor. Notes: Section 001 for Level 1 tutors, Section 002 for Level 2 tutors, Section 003 for Level 3 tutors. May be retaken for credit. Offered in fall and spring.
