Description: This course will examine the most notorious and deadly regime in human history, the Third Reich that ruled Germany between 1933 and 1945, that initiated the European phase of the Second World War, and which was responsible for the deaths of many millions between 1939 and 1945, including the clearest historical example of genocide, the attempt to annihilate Europe's Jewish population in the Holocaust.
