Description: This course will examine how the human body, from a functional and health-related standpoint, responds, adjusts, and adapts to acute exercise and chronic training. Basic skills of imparting health-related fitness information will also be presented. Notes: Offered in fall and spring. Prerequisites: C- in BIOL 214 or BIOL 308, cumulative GPA 2.5. Corequisites: EXSC 385.
