This course examines the challenges of leading tactical teams in the complex contemporary operating environment (COE). In addition, the course highlights dimensions of terrain analysis,patrolling, and operation orders. Further study of theoretical basis of the Army leadership framework explores the dynamics of adaptive leadership in the context of military operations. No military obligation incurred. Cadets must attend ROTCPhysical Fitness Training three days a week for I hr. (2 hrs.lecture, 3 hrs. lab, weekly.) Two semester hours.
