Molecular genetic analyses of eukaryotes in relation to mutations and repair, complex phenotypes, biochemical pathways, short- and long-term regulation of gene expression, and evolution. May also be offered as GEN 6050. Students are expected to have completed an introductory course in genetics or microbial genetics before enrolling in this course.
