Skill-building course in conflict resolution and consensus building through bargaining and negotiation, primarily in the design professions. Students play active roles in discovering, applying, reflecting on and critiquing the theories, styles and techniques of conflict resolution and consensus building that work in different types of disputes. Students must be enrolled in a graduate-level design related field of study to enroll in this course.
