Focuses on growing techniques for the production of ornamental and edible horticultural crops during the spring growing season. Includes scheduling, manipulation of vegetative growth and flowering, nutritional management and plant growth regulation. Labs focus on providing hands-on opportunities to grow flowering crops and vegetables in the greenhouse and field. Coreq: HORT 2111.
