Analysis and evaluation of multiple determinants and contexts related to the health of families and children. Elevated risks related to poverty, food insecurity, foster care, incarceration, homelessness, emotional and/or physical trauma or abuse, drug or alcohol misuse, mental health, behavioral issues, disability, medical fragility, and multiple special needs are addressed. Health maintenance and early intervention strategies are emphasized.
