Emphasizes the molecular basis of heredity and gene expression in prokaryotes and eukaryotes and modern genetic technology. Credit toward a degree will be given for only one of GEN 3000 or GEN 3020. Includes Honors sections. Preq: BIOL 1100 with C or better.
