Individually mentored research problems in various areas of microbiology that introduce undergraduate students to the planning and execution of research experimentation and the presentation of research findings. May be repeated for a maximum of eight credits with consent of instructor. Honors students must take at least six hours under a single research advisor over two semesters. Honors thesis is required. Includes Honors sections. Preq: Consent of instructor.
