Description:

Basic windsurfing instruction including rigging, launching, tacking, jibbing, rig and foot steering, safety, maintenance, equipment selection, rules-of-the-road, and racing techniques are covered. Offered Fall Break and first summer session. There is an extra fee for this course. Students must have the ability to swim 3000 yards and tread water for five minutes to enroll in this course.
