Description:
Planning, executing, and assessing complex operations. Cadets function as staff members and provide leadership performance feedback to subordinates. Cadets are given situational opportunities to assess risk, make ethical decisions, and provide mentorship to subordinate cadets. Participants are responsible for analyzing and evaluating the leadership values, attributes, skills, and actions of military science cadets while simultaneously evaluating their own leadership skills. Attention is given to preparation for future military assignments. Open to contracted seniors and graduate students only. Prerequisite: MILS U302 or consent of Professor of Military Science.
