This course explores the role of entrepreneurship in the free enterprise system, how government policies affect entrepreneurial activity within the United States and globally, and the moral and ethical diomensions of principled entrepreneurship. This course focuses on using the tools of economics to understand the entrepreneurial process, including the role of profits and losses, discovery, and creative destruction. Examines the legal forms of business organization and the challenges involved in opening a business and writing a business plan.
