Study of the decision process and analytical techniques used in evaluation coroporate investment and financing decisions. Use of appropriate financial software is required, and pertinent corporate finance teaching cases are used as an instructional tool. Topics include workign capital management, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and reorganization, lease analysis, finacial management in the non-profit sector, and real options.
