Description:
he course is designed to provide instruction in the beginning skills of horseback riding and to provide the student with lifetime sports skills that will contribute to his/her physical, mental and social growth. Attention will be given to the development of skills in grooming, horse handling, saddling and bridling, mounting and dismounting, walking and posting. NOTE: Lab fee required; students will need to provide their own transportation to the off-campus facility.
